Custom made just for you!  We strive to bring you the best in customer service...;) We're sure you'll appreciate the high quality of our vintage and handcrafted artisan goods. We stand behind our products 100%...our name is on it...;) Cecil & Co. is proud of it's heirloom quality craftsmanship and hand selected US sourced supplies that go into making each and every one of our products.  All Cecil & Co. handmade products are guaranteed for a period of 30 days against manufacturing defects, see our return policy (below). Please note for all repairs...items must be pre-authorized by Cecil & Co.

Ready To Ship

All of our items are ready to ship (unless marked "Made-To-Order") and will be shipped out within 3 business days of purchase. For larger items that need more time for special packaging that is noted in their listings.

Made To Order

Custom orders are what we are all about! Your order is very important to us. Many of our items are available as custom orders...made just for you! When you purchase a "made to order"  item, will receive an email from us to go over the details of your custom made item, turnaround time for custom orders depends on the details you want to have added to your piece. All of our products are handcrafted and the attention to detail takes time depending on the time of the year, like Christmas when it can get a little crazy with orders! 

If you don't see something that you love...feel free to contact me to request your very own special item. I take every effort to ensure you will love your new piece but please note that all custom orders are non-refundable and all sales are final. 

Sales Tax

For all Texas orders a sales tax of 8.25% will apply.  We are not required to collect sales tax on orders outside the state of Texas. 


Our "gift to you"...our awesome customers...Free domestic shipping on all of our products! Oh Yes...;)  All items that are "ready to ship"...ship out within 3 business days, custom "made to order" will takes more time to create and will be discussed with you via email and you will receive notification via email of when it is on it's way!  Smaller items will ship USPS and larger items will ship UPS ground, combining all orders into one package when possible and bears no responsibility for delays in the mail. We strive to give you the best service possible. International shipping does take longer and is available as a special request...we are not responsible for any fees or duties other countries might impose upon shipments. Contact me if you have a special request.

International Shipping

Currently, we do offer international shipping to limited countries, please contact me to estimate shipping and make arrangements for you to purchase with us. Keep in mind...International shipping takes longer to receive and is available as a special request...there maybe additional costs for you due to customs or duties, we are not responsible for any additional costs associated with customs or duties other countries have on their shipments.


Carefully inspect the package when it arrives and while most of our goods are fragile, we take extra care to wrap  carefully before shipping, if your shipping container is crushed or otherwise damaged inspect the goods immediately. If there is shipping damage report it to the carrier and file a claim. 

If you are not satisfied with a Cecil & Co. product please contact me describing the problem and I will contact you as soon as possible to offer you a replacement or credit, less any original shipping charges, all shipping charges are non-refundable.  Please note for all refunds or credits...items must be in original condition, in original packaging, along with proof of purchase and must be pre-authorized by Cecil & Co. within 7 days of purchase dateWe only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
